ABOUT US
WeTTrike is a family business owned and operated by Ronnie Smith with the help and management of his two sons Morris and Thomas. The company is based at a privately owned strip built by his father, Marshall Smith, around 1955. From Ronnie's father is where the love of all types of aircraft began. And this trickled down to his sons Shane, Thomas and Morris.

There are a number of trikes now on the market that can be converted over to floats, or floats with amphib gear. But there are also a number of trikes that have been developed as trike float planes with their own float built to be part of the craft.

WeTTrike is just such a unit. The WeTTrike is available as a float plane or as an amphibious float plane, using a very eye catching float design. The unit is easy to fold down and can be put on the optional triler for transport in about 30 minutes, saving hanger fees.

The retract system uses two levers, one for the front gear and one for the rear. It is a very simple operation, release the lock and push forward and the front gear comes up, release the other lever and the rear gear, which is spring loaded just about retracts itself up into the rear winglets.

The craft is completely built and test flown at the factory prior to delivery. Standard rquipment includes the Rotax 582, 65 hp engine with electric start, and a Warp Drive nickel leading edge prop. Take off distance on water, gross is 450 to 500 feet, with a climb rate of 600 to 700 feet per minute.
